Isla Júpiter is an idyllic retreat in Esmeraldas, Ecuador. Spanning nearly 4,500 metres and ranging between 150-200 metres in width, this little island features a captivating range of endemic and introduced vegetation as well as plenty of wildlife. Home to 35 species of birds, iguanas, fish, crustaceans, mollusks and vertebrates, Isla Júpiter presents the perfect opportunity to experience nature up close. With warm temperatures year-round, tourists are sure to enjoy the pleasant tropical climate and it's many recreational activities. There are some tiny mosquitos which can be annoying. You can also take a boat to Mompiche and ask the driver to pass here on the way.
