Cascada El Silencio Waterfall is an amazing and moderately challenging route near Baños de Agua Santa, Tungurahua. The 1.5 mile out-and-back trail will take you 45 minutes to complete. While on the hike, you’ll get to experience amazing and unique terrain, from rolling hills to forests with breathtaking views. Relax at the waterfall and enjoy the sound of the cascades while admiring nature’s beauty and taking in the fresh air. Don't forget to bring some cash as there is one point you have to pay a dollar for entrance or 50 cents to access the trail. You can also do canyoning in this waterfall. Be careful crossing the river, i'd suggest you do it without shoes as you can slip and fall in the river, as i did.
