If you have extra time, this is one of the nicest places to slow down and enjoy skyline views over Rome. It feels peaceful compared to the busy centre and is especially beautiful at sunset.

Opening time: Usually 7:00am–6:00/9:00pm (seasonal).

Time needed: 20–30 minutes.

Best time of day: Sunset.

Tip: Combine with the Aventine Keyhole nearby for an easy mini walking route.
