Although not quite a munro, Suilven is no less impressive and one of our favourite hikes in Scotland.

It's a rugged mountain that stands out for its pillar-like shape and steep ridges and from the top the views it offers across Assynt are unrivalled.

We have only hiked this once including an overnight camp, but it can be achieved in a day. Check the link for the suggested walking route and always check the weather / be confident in your hiking and navigating ability.
