Russell Falls is one of Tasmania’s most iconic waterfalls, featuring a three‑tiered cascade plunging into a clear pool, surrounded by lush rainforest, moss‑covered rocks and towering eucalypt trees. The walk begins behind the Visitor Centre and is wheelchair‑accessible for the main falls section. The forest environment is rich and beautiful, making it a wonderful spot for photography, a gentle walk or a family outing.
