This little hidden gem in Renmark is such a unique and magical experience, especially if you love wildlife. Every evening at dusk, a group of possums makes its way down from the top of the palm trees to snack on carrots and other treats left out for them.

I absolutely loved being able to hand some over, and watching Ravindu gently pat one was honestly so cute - hah. It’s one of those experiences that feels really wholesome. The sunsets here are gorgeous too, and it makes the whole scene feel even more special as you wait for them to come down. Definitely bring a camera and a few extra carrots if you want to get up close – it’s definitely an experience I’ll remember for a long time.
