This stunning little rockpool is tucked away near the secret beach in Carrickalinga, and yes, the location pin I’ve shared is spot on! To get there, you’ll start at the Carrickalinga Lookout Point and follow the trail through the signpost shown in photo 4. Keep walking until you hit a fork in the path, then take the lower trail that leads you closer to the shoreline and the rocks. You’ll need to do a bit of climbing over the rocks in photo 5, so please take care. This spot is only safe to access during low tide and when conditions are calm. If you’re unsure or don’t feel confident, I wouldn’t recommend attempting it. Safety first always - but if the timing’s right, this hidden gem is magical.
