The Salazie Trail Lookout is a lesser-known hike that leads you to an incredible viewpoint overlooking the tropical mountains of Mahe. The trail winds through dense tropical forests and once you reach the lookout, which is made of huge granite rocks, you’ll have a panoramic view of Mahe and the ocean.

We did this hike with a guide, which we'd highly recommend for the trails in the Seychelles. This trail in particular can be difficult to find and can be dangerous if you don't know where your going!
