Kagari Ramen in Ginza is a famous Japanese ramen eatery tucked away in an unassuming alleyway. The cozy restaurant has only eight seats surrounding a small U-shaped counter, making it an intimate experience best suited for small groups. Their signature Tori Paitan Soba dish may be the main attraction, but they also offer a selection of Tsukemen (dipping noodle) dishes to choose from. All bowls come served with sliced chicken, seasonal vegetables, and fried garlic and grated ginger. Despite the fact that Kagari Ramen was established in a concealed location, long lines of customers can still be seen spilling out into the street, a testament to the quality of their renowned creamy chicken broth.
