The Ai Yerweng Skywalk in Thailand is set to become the longest skywalk in Southeast Asia and promises sights that will not disappoint. Located in the Yala district's Betong region, the skywalk measures an impressive 61 metres in length and floats around 600 metres off the ground. Visitors to this beautiful tourist destination can enjoy unobstructed views of a “sea of mist” below their feet. It is projected to open at the end of this year and aims to attract local and foreign tourists while creating job opportunities for locals. Pre-opening excitement has been gaining traction, with people raving about the stunning views at the nearby Ayerweng Tower that can be viewed at sunrise and sunset. If you’ve been wanting to plan a post-lockdown holiday, don’t forget to add Ai Yerweng Skywalk to your list of must-sees!
