Wat Phra Phutthabat is a Thai Buddhist temple located in Saraburi, Thailand. This temple is known for its sacred footprint of the Lord Buddha which is believed to bring success and global happiness when worshipped. During the Holy Footprint festival twice a year people visit to worship the Buddhist footprint as well as participate in activities at the entrance. The Tak Bat Dok Mai ceremony is also an important annual tradition where worshippers give alms to monks and offer candles to start the Buddhist Lent.
