The Bloukrans Bridge is an impressive structure, located near Nature's Valley in the Western Cape of South Africa. It stands at a height of 216m above the stunning Bloukrans River. It is made up of a central span which is 272m in length and 451m in total. Built by the construction company Concor between February 1980 until June 1983, it carries the national route of N2 for transportation purposes. It also is the site of the world's highest commercial bungee jumping attraction- Bloukrans Bridge Bungy operated by Face Adrenalin since 1997. This bridge is an amazing feat of engineering that gives travelers breathtaking views of the river while crossing it.
