Right outside of St. Lucia, it’s possible to go on a guided tour of Khula village, where you can experience the local life by visiting various homesteads, a school, and a healer (Sangoma). You can go to the information Center on the edge of Khula village and they will line up a tour for you. We just pulled up and arranged it on the spot. A local guy then took us around the village while explaining everything. We loved this authentic encounter!
