Pro tip: take an Uber or the public bus. The base station is located a 15-minute drive from the city center. Catch public bus #8 departing from the City Bus Exchange, Litchfield Street which takes you directly to the Gondola. Visit on a sunny day. We visited in the afternoon and it was very quiet (around 3-4 PM).
