Delaire Graff is a fancy winery perched dramatically on the Helshoogte Pass. You can sit on the cozy patio outside and indulge in a wine tasting or go dining at one of the acclaimed restaurants. We enjoyed the tasting here, but it's definitely a bit more pricey than most other wineries. The winery is open longer than most other estates, which is a nice bonus. You can walk-in until 5PM for a tasting, which is what we did and stayed until sunset (7 PM).
