This iconic trail offers stunning mirror-like reflections of the surrounding Southern Alps, making it a popular spot for photographers. The easy-to-moderate loop takes you through lush native rainforest, wooden boardwalks, and gravel paths, with multiple viewpoints to soak in the breathtaking scenery. There's a nice café at the start of the hike where you can grab a coffee or bit to eat as well. Even if it's cloudy or rainy, it's still a nice walk to do in our opinion.
