The West Arm Visitor Centre is a pit stop on the Doubtful Sound day trip where you can stretch your legs, use the bathroom, and maybe snap a few photos. It's located next to the Manapouri hydroelectric station and serves as a transition point between the boat cruise across Lake Manapouri and the bus ride over Wilmot Pass.
