Local Tip: Grab coffee and stroll the esplanade — it’s one of Sydney’s best “beach walks.”
Balmoral Beach, nestled near Mosman in Sydney's north, is a hidden gem with calm waters perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and paddleboarding. The beach offers stunning views of Sydney Harbour and is surrounded by scenic foreshore trails that lead to attractions like Taronga Zoo. Visitors can enjoy waterfront dining at the heritage-listed Bathers' Pavilion or grab some fish 'n' chips from Bottom of the Harbour Seafoods. There are many stretches of white sandy beaches here which makes this one of my favorite beaches in Sydney.
