What to order
The classic pastel de nata. Crispy, flaky pastry with a rich, creamy custard filling. Best eaten warm with a coffee.
Why it’s here
One of the most popular spots in Portugal for pastéis de nata, known for its extra crispy pastry and slightly sweeter custard filling. You can often watch the tarts being made fresh throughout the day.
Tip
Try to go when a fresh batch comes out of the oven for the best texture. Pair it with a bica (espresso), and if there’s a queue, it usually moves quickly.
