The perimeter of the route offers hikers panoramic views of rock formations before descending into some interesting caves. Visitors should prepare for a moderately challenging climb, as it is relatively steep in places throughout the 2.6-mile route. Along with the stunning scenery, explorers may be lucky enough to spot tarantulas, big-eared bats, and other native wildlife. A headlamp is essential for the cave portion of this route.
