This is probably my favourite lupine spot in all of Iceland. Follow the path from the parking lot and you'll see some water on your left. There's a tiny island you can walk out to and there's this small lupine field. It has both pink and purple flowers and perfect to shoot with the Stokksnes mountain range in the background. Best light is at sunrise if you want to catch the frist rays of sun in the morning.
