This is the best puffin spot of Iceland. This small peninsula is crowded by puffins and other sea birds. A small pathway has been built so you can walk just next to their nests and get really close to these incredible birds. Best time to see them is at sunset when they come back to land after spending the day fishing in the ocean.

Puffins arrive in Iceland mid-April and leave before the end of August.
