Agios Nikolaos Beach, also known as Arkassa Beach, is a beautiful sandy beach. The sea is always a big surprise here as you can have calm water but big waves are also a possibility!

Karpathos doesn't have party beaches full of young people, but If we could give one beach on Karpathos this title it would be Agios Nikolaos Beach. The beach bar Karpassion has a layback vibe and there is always music coming from their bar. On Sundays, they often have parties that start usually around 16.00h.

There is also a volleyball pitch where a lot of Greek youth play in the afternoon. The beach has lots of sunbeds and umbrellas for rent, but there is also space for those who prefer just their towel. 2 showers are also on both sides of the beach.
