This restaurant is located in one of my favourite hotels and places in Iceland. Frystiklefinn restaurant at Blábjörg offers a warm and inviting dining experience with a menu featuring classic International and traditional Icelandic dishes made from fresh local ingredients. They also serve beers and strong alcohol from a local brewery. Highly recommend!

• What it is: A high quality restaurant in the Blábjörg Hotel in Borgarfjörður Eystri, Eastfjords.

• Best season: Any but they are generally closed from December 15th - January 15th.
