The Isle of Harris Distillery has to be a stop if you are passing through Target on Harris and has beautiful interiors.

The gin and its bottle has become legendary, but the whisky now being produced won't be far behind. There's a great shop here, distillery experience (a tour to learn how they make their spirits) and a great café.
