We found Kata Tjuta, or Mount Olga, to be another place that’ll seriously take your breath away. It's a bunch of huge rock domes out in the Red Centre, not too far from Uluru. The colours here are unreal, especially at sunrise or sunset when the whole place lights up in these crazy vibrant hues. I remember one morning, We did the Windy Valley hike—such an awesome experience.
Afterward, we drove about an hour from Ayers Rock Campground, super early, to catch the light across the Red Centre. Watching the sun rise and paint everything in those fiery reds and oranges? It felt like something out of a movie. There’s also a bunch of trails, so whether you're after a chill walk or something a bit more intense, you're covered. Plus, the whole area is super important to the local Anangu people, so there's so much history and culture to take in. Honestly, Kata Tjuta is a must if you’re into nature or just want to experience the wild beauty of the place!
