Look, I’m going to be honest—I wasn’t a huge fan of this place considering the price. But I’m adding it to my guide because you’ll probably see others online raving about it, and I want you to have all the info to decide for yourself. 

The Lost Spring is located in Whitianga and offers geothermal pools and spa treatments. It’s an 18+ spa and one of the big draws is that they serve alcoholic drinks right to you while you soak in the pools. A ticket for 2-hour pool access costs $70, with treatments and massages ranging anywhere from $90 to $1000. 

It’s definitely a spot to unwind and rejuvenate, but personally, I found it overpriced and in need of a bit of a revamp. If you’re craving a relaxing day, it might be worth a visit, but if you’re on a budget, I’d skip this one! xx
