Mirador Ambolo is a gem among Jávea’s “Ruta de los Miradores”, peaceful, dramatic and full of views that make every turn feel like a postcard. You reach it easily by car via the Cabo de la Nao road, there’s a small parking area, then a short walk to the viewpoint. From up here you can look north to the Cabo de la Nao lighthouse, see the tiny “Discoverer Island” (Isla del Ambolo) just offshore and watch the coastline sweep past Benitachell, Moraira and even towards Calpe. Looking down, you can spot Cala Ambolo below, though the path to the cove is closed right now due to risk of rockfalls.

Also neat: the name “Ambolo” recalls the old watchtower built in the 16th century to guard this coast against pirate raids, so the place has both natural beauty and history.
