Safari Aitana is a bit of a unique day out tucked up in the hills near Penáguila, where you drive your own car through a big reserve and see animals from Africa, Asia and more up close: zebras, giraffes, elephants and big cats among them.

There’s also a walk-around area called Dacktary where you can stretch your legs and see smaller animals on foot, plus picnic spots and a small restaurant at the entrance.
