Welcome to La Geria, a place you have to see to believe. Here, our vineyards grow in the most extraordinary way, nestled in funnel-like pits dug into the black volcanic earth, each one protected by a small, curved stone wall. You can drive the main LZ-30 road that cuts through this otherworldly landscape, stopping at the various family-run wineries, or 'bodegas', to taste the crisp, mineral-rich Malvasía wine that is born from this land. For a closer look, take a walk along the designated paths through the vineyards; it's an easy stroll that truly lets you appreciate the ingenuity and beauty of this unique cultivation method.
