If you're looking to escape the crowds around Moab, Mary Jane Canyon is a fantastic choice. This hike combines everything I love about desert hiking: towering canyon walls, fun creek crossings, and a surprising waterfall tucked away at the end of the canyon. It feels more adventurous than many of the area's popular trails and is a great option if you've already checked off the famous arches.
