A shopping complex located along Aomori’s waterfront, best known for its focus on local products, especially those made from Aomori’s famous apples. Inside you’ll find souvenir shops, food vendors, a couple cafés, and a cider brewery.
That said, this is one of the most tourist-oriented spots in the city and can get extremely busy with long lines. Personally, I think it’s worth stopping by if it isn’t too crowded, but if you find it packed, I wouldn’t hesitate to skip it. You’ll find many of the same edible souvenirs and local products on the first floor of Aomori Station just across the street, as well as in smaller shops around the city center.
