Udon and Soba restaurant, located directly among all of the main temples which is very convenient. From the outside, it looks like a 100% tourist trap (with some cheesy souvenirs 😅), but it definitely is not. It is super old and run by a charming lady that looks like she has been serving at this restaurant since the day it was established in 1951.

It has a pretty huge variety of different dishes for everyone's taste.
