This is some of the best unagi I’ve had in Japan. In the first photo, you can see the Unaju Deluxe set for ¥4400.

If you order any set meal, they’ll ask if you’d like to swap the regular miso soup for eel liver soup, which is something the top unagi restaurants always offer. If you don’t mind "innards," I highly recommend trying it—it’s about an extra ¥300.
