A cultural attraction showcasing various aspects of Tsugaru culture, including Neputa festival floats, traditional crafts, folk music, and local products. The complex is quite tourist-oriented and can get very crowded, but there are still some genuinely interesting things to see.

The highlights for me were the live shamisen and taiko drum performance, as well as the shop selling traditional painted Tsugaru kites.
