A little sake brewery that's been making sake since 1754. They've got a specialty red sake called "Ine Mankai". In fact, it's been purchased and enjoyed by none other than the Emperor and Empress of Japan themselves.

Personally, I do not drink sake (almost), but it was still pretty cool to check out, especially that Monaka ice cream dessert.
