まぜそば専門 とら 本店 - Mazesoba senmon tora

Directions

Their mazesoba (brothless noodles dish) is juicy, rich, and so full of flavor you’ll probably be planning your next visit before you even finish eating. My absolute favorite here is the Niku soba.

When you walk in, you’ll find a vending machine near the entrance - that’s where you choose what you want and buy a meal ticket (cash only).
After you hand your ticket to the staff, the chef will ask if you want to add garlic (ninniku in Japanese).
If you don’t want any, you can shake your head or say "nashi" (なし), which means "without" in Japanese. Or just give a small panicked wave - they’ll get it 😄

Heads up: the lowest spice level here is 3 out of 10. They can’t make it completely non-spicy.
