It's actually a part of a larger shop called "Kibi Kobo" in the same building, but I've included it here because it's really easy to miss. When you're standing in front of the entrance to the main gift shop "Kibi Kobo," just turn to the right, and you'll see another entrance behind the curtains that leads to the Mochi shop.

Here, you can purchase some really cool and unique warabi mochi and dango that are made right behind the counter. I couldn't resist and bought one of each 😂 I always enjoy buying something that's made in the same place where it's sold. Everything was really good – highly recommended!
