• Safe Exploration: The trails are well-maintained, allowing for easy navigation. The area features well-placed picnic areas and gapskjul (lean-tos) which are perfect for taking breaks and roasting marshmallows safely.

• Historical Fascinations: Once a bustling 17th-century ironworks, the area still has preserved ruins and old slag heaps that spark children's imaginations about history and knights.

• Wildlife Spotting: The environment—located between the Gräsmången and Östra Örten lakes—is fantastic for birdwatching and spotting small forest animals, which keeps kids engaged.
