Come experience the wild beauty of Hammarö's southernmost point, where the vast expanse of Lake Vänern unfolds before you. It's a favorite local spot for a reason, offering stunning open-water views and a genuine taste of our coastal landscape. From the main car park, it's an easy and pleasant walk of about 15-20 minutes (around 800 meters) out to the historic Skage Lighthouse. The trails are well-maintained, making it a perfect outing for a relaxing hike, a picnic, or some incredible birdwatching, especially during the autumn migration. My son loves skilling stoners here. Toilets May-Sept.
