After the river passes the cliff, the river forms a shallow flat before she leans towards a low cliff by the east bank. Below the cliff there is a deep pool that holds, usually, a lot of salmon. Best fished from the west bank, where you can wade onto the flat and enjoy an almost perfect fly fishing spot.
