There are many kinds of beef noodles, some are clear broth while others are braised like this one. When we first tried this dish, it was a unique experience. The broth was savory and heavy in flavour, the beef was very tender and we kept on slurping their noodles. Overall a very well made beef noodle! There's no negative points that we can think of, except maybe the line was too long? haha.

Anyway, give this place a try if you want an authentic Taiwanese dish. It is very worth it.
