This is one of my favorite Taiwanese snacks! A unique and delicious treat that combines the goodness of popiah skin, grated peanuts, and a taro-flavored ice cream. The staff will wrap it all up into a roll, creating a dessert that's both creamy and cooling.

You can also find this snack in night markets but this stall specifically is by far the most delicious one! So if you are in Yilan, be sure to try it out.
