Bracken Bank

You really can't beat the view you get from the living room/ balcony of Bracken Bank. Every morning and evening we got to enjoy the view across Porthcurno beach in a variety of different lights - a sight which was really quite mesmerising. We'd argue there aren't many better spots to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. And whilst the view is definitely the piece-de-resistance of the place, overall Bracken Bank is an extremely comfortable house with large rooms and a great living space, close to the beautiful beach of Porthcurno, our all time favourite Pedn Vounder beach, and just a stones throw from the incredible Minack Theatre.

Whilst all seasons would have their pros and cons, we visited in winter meaning we got to enjoy an amazing number of sunrises and sunsets (we were lucky with weather!) and also the roads were very quiet. We can imagine the road gets quite busy during summer months, especially when shows are on at the Minack Theatre. That said, we'd come back to enjoy this view anytime of year and we can imagine the balcony would really come into its own on a warm summer evening!
