Cook's Tavern has become one of my reliable spots whenever I'm in Tacoma. I've been for both breakfast and dinner, and it has never disappointed. One of the coolest things about this place is that they change their menu every few months and base it around a different region of the world. I've visited during their Creole-themed menu and again when they were serving Moroccan-inspired dishes, and both were spectacular. It keeps me coming back because there's always something new to try!
