Beecher's Handmade Cheese only needs two words: cheese curds. Seriously, they're warm, squeaky, ridiculously addictive, and somehow disappear way too fast. Their mac and cheese is also amazing and is pretty much the perfect comfort food on a cold day wandering around Pike Place. It's rich, cheesy, and worth every bite. If you're nearby, it's an easy stop for a snack, but I'd honestly go out of my way just for another order.
