Coming from Chicago, we had pretty high standards for Indian food, and Maharaja definitely delivered. We came with a group of four and ordered the Coconut Vegetable Curry, Butter Paneer, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Palak (Saag) Paneer, along with garlic naan and Kashmiri naan. Surprisingly, the Coconut Vegetable Curry ended up being one of our favorites of the night. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and reminded us of the authentic Indian restaurants we loved back home.
