Rattlesnake Ledge is one of the more popular hikes near Seattle, but the views at the top make it easy to understand why. When I visited, it actually started snowing as we reached the viewpoint, which made the whole experience cooler (no pun intended). Watching the snow fall over the lake and surrounding mountains was beautiful, and it made me wish I had come even later in the season. We were one of the only people on the trail but this was during the week!
