Fairly iconic Ferris wheel down by the bay. It opened in 1997 as the world's tallest Ferris wheel and, this is cool, actually features colored lights that predict the next day's weather – orange for sunny, green for cloudy, and blue for rain. It's a 17-minute ride with sights of Mount Ikoma, Akashi Kaikyō Bridge, Kansai International Airport, and the Rokko Mountains.
