Hverfjall Volcanic Crater hike is a must do in the north east of Iceland. There are 2 main parkings, the one located at the very end of the road is paid with a qr code. We opted for the free one and hiked the volcano up from the backside which is more intense but free. The free parking is located here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/iPdoaamYRGVrnUEbA
